You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of goods for returns to be authorised and accepted.
The buyer must pay for the return of the product - proof of postage should be sought.
Buyers needs to carefully check the personalisation carefully and make any changes necessary via e-mail. If mistakes are not rectified at this stage then refunds for any errors will not be possible.
