We are happy to honour a replacement or refund should you receive a defective item from us, or if the item is not what you expected.
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of goods for returns to be authorised and accepted.
The buyer must pay for the return of the product - proof of postage should be sought.
Money will be refunded upon receipt and inspection of product.
All items will be shipped within 3 - 5 working days
A proof of any customisation will be e-mailed to the buyer for approval prior to the customisation taking place.
Buyers needs to carefully check the design carefully and make any changes necessary via e-mail. If mistakes are not rectified at this stage then refunds for any errors will not be possible.
