We are happy to honour a replacement or refund should you receive a defective item from us, or if the item is not what you expected.

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of goods for returns to be authorised and accepted.

If you require a replacement item, please place a separate order online.  This is the quickest way to get delivery  A refund will be made back to you for the returned item.

All items are embroidered to order and will be delivered within 14 days.  Pleae note it can take slightly longer during the summer months due to demand.

We will contact you to arrange delivery to your home address or collection from the school.
