School Wear
All items are made to order and will be normally be delivered within 14 days. If we are unable to deliver within this time we will contact you to advise. If you select delivery if when we deliver you are no available to accept the delivery we will leave your order in a safe place and advise by text (to the number given on the order) where we have left your order.

Items which are sent by Royal Mail will be sent using the 48hr tracked service.

Alternatively you can be collected free of charge. If you choose collection we will contact you to advise when your order is ready for collection. This will be within the 14 days from order unless we advise differently.
Work Wear & Other Items
All items are made to order we will work with the individual customers on expected delivery dates dependent upon the size / complexity of their order
Product Returns & Refunds

We are happy to honour a replacement or refund should you receive a defective item from us, or if the item is not what you expected.
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of goods for returns to be authorised and accepted.
If you require a replacement item, please place a separate order online. This is the quickest way to get delivery A refund will be made back to you for the returned item.

Items which have been personalised cannot be returned unless an error has been made by Fairway Graphics.
