    You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of goods for returns to be authorised and accepted.

     

    If you require a replacement item, please place a separate order online.  This is the quickest way to get delivery  A refund will be made back to you for the returned item.

  • All items are embroidered to order and will be delivered within 14 days.  Pleae note it can take slightly longer during the summer months due to demand.
